Why MomsChecklist.com? We bring the clients directly to you with accurate requests and beneficial customer solicitations as fast as they create them.
How does it all work? Clients submit requests for quotes by filling out the Event Information Form for the services
they need. MomsChecklist.com then matches the vendors with the clients requests.
An email with the client's contact information and event details is then sent to all matching vendors.
The vendor can then contact the client to gain their business.
How do I sign up? Simple. Just click the Become a Vendor icon and fill out the Vendor Information form.
How do I pay? Once you've filled out the Vendor Information form you will be required to
give credit card information for billing purposes. Billing is on a per month basis.
What's the cost? Each lead costs $5.00. If your company provides multiple services for an event
you will be only charged per event.
Example:
A Catering company that provides both Greek food and waitstaff for one event will only be charged $5.00 for that event.
How many leads will I receive? You can limit the amount
of leads you receive per month. However, leads are consumer dependent and MomsChecklist.com makes no guarantee as per how many
clients will seek your particular service.
How many vendors am I competing with? Each location is limited to 7 vendors
What is MomsChecklist.com's cancellation policy? After the initial required commitment (30 days),
you must email our Customer Service Center with your intent to cancel your account.
You will receive receipt of notice via email and a full cancellation of your account
will be completed within 3 business days.
What are the main terms and conditions of the program? A minimum initial required commitment is 30 days. Vendor is responsible for paying for all leads they receive
How long will it take for my account to be activated? It can take up to 72 hours for your account to be activated. You will receive notification via email when your account is activated.
Can I make changes to the type and number of leads I receive? Yes, you may change the type and number of leads you receive at any time via your online account.
What if I forget my login information? Simply go to the "Forgot Passord / Forgot Login" area of the vendor login page. Fill in the email area and you will receive the information via email, instantly.
If the client doesn't hire me do I still pay for the lead?
Yes. MomsChecklist.com is only a conduit between clients and venders, we cannot guarantee your bid will be preferred over another.
